Frequently Asked Questions

How do credits work?

Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. If you run out of credits, requests will be rejected until the next cycle or until you upgrade.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), and net banking via our payment processor.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

The Free plan is available indefinitely with no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

How does batch generation work?

Batch generation lets you process multiple conversions from a single CSV or Excel file. Each row in your file is treated as one request and consumes 1 credit. Batch processing is available on the Starter plan and above, with higher priority processing on Pro and unlimited processing on Business.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. See our Refund Policy for details.
