What counts as 1 credit? Each successful conversion request consumes 1 credit, regardless of how many URLs are included in that request. Failed requests (due to invalid URLs or errors) do not consume credits.

How do credits work?
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over. If you run out of credits, requests will be rejected until the next cycle or until you upgrade.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), and net banking via our payment processor.
