We want you to be satisfied with our service. If you're not, we offer refunds under the conditions described below.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@docuqueue.com with your request
  2. Include your account email and transaction/order ID (from your payment confirmation)
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

What's Not Refundable

Annual Plans

If you subscribed to an annual plan (when available), you may request a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and meet the eligibility criteria above, please email us to request a refund separately.

Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@docuqueue.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve most billing issues directly and faster than the chargeback process.
