Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
If you subscribed to an annual plan (when available), you may request a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within 7 days of a charge and meet the eligibility criteria above, please email us to request a refund separately.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@docuqueue.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve most billing issues directly and faster than the chargeback process.
