1. Service Description

DocuQueue provides an API that converts web pages and raw HTML into formatted PDF documents. The service is available via REST API and is accessed using API keys issued to registered accounts.

2. Account & API Keys

To use the service, you must create an account and obtain an API key. You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to revoke API keys that show signs of abuse or unauthorized use.

3. Credits & Usage

Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. One credit is consumed per successful PDF conversion request, regardless of the number of URLs in the request.

You agree not to use the service to:

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in US Dollars (USD) on a monthly recurring basis. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The service, including its API, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by DocuQueue and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

9. Data Handling

URLs submitted for conversion are processed temporarily and not stored long-term. PDF output is cached for up to 1 hour for download access, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, DocuQueue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that PDFs generated will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
